Payment Policy
To ensure smooth and efficient service, we ask that payment is made at the time of treatment. Here’s how it works:- Co-Payments & Deductibles: If you have dental insurance, please bring proof of coverage at your first visit. We’ll accept the assignment of insurance benefits, but co-payments and deductibles must be paid in full at the time of your appointment.
- Patient Responsibility: You are responsible for any remaining balance not covered by your insurance.
Insurance
At East Sac Dental, we are out-of-network with all insurance providers; however, we gladly accept a wide range of dental insurance plans, including MetLife, Cigna, Delta Dental and more. To make your experience seamless, our team will file your dental claims on your behalf. Depending on your coverage, payment may be sent directly to our office, or you may need to pay upfront and receive reimbursement from your insurance provider.
